CRJ Electronics 2-Year Limited Warranty

CRJ Electronics, operating under the trademark of Odyssey Electronics Inc., is dedicated to delivering exceptional quality and reliability in the computer adapter cable industry. To reflect our commitment, we are pleased to offer a 2-Year Limited Warranty on our premium sleeved PC power adapter cables.

Warranty Coverage

This warranty guarantees our products against defects in materials and workmanship, including cosmetic manufacturing defects, for a period of two (2) years from the original date of purchase. This warranty is non-transferable and applies exclusively to the original purchaser. Under this warranty, CRJ Electronics will:

• Replace the defective cable at no charge.
• Address hardware damage directly caused by a defect in our product, as determined through our evaluation process.

How to Claim

To initiate a warranty claim, the customer must:

1. Fill out the warranty claim form located on the same webpage as this warranty policy.
2. Provide the order number from Amazon, eBay, our official website, or any authorized seller.
3. Submit a detailed description of the issue along with evidence of the defect or damage (e.g., photographs, videos, or a written explanation).

Once your claim is received, our customer service team will review the information and provide further instructions.

Limitations and Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, unauthorized alterations, exposure to extreme conditions, or improper handling and storage.
• Normal wear and tear, including cosmetic damage unrelated to manufacturing defects.
• Damage or failure resulting from use with non-CRJ Electronics products.
• Defects or damage arising from cryptocurrency mining activities.
• Loss or damage to data stored on devices connected to our products.
• Failure to adhere to CRJ Electronics’ product recommendations and guidelines.
• Use of the product without performing due diligence to confirm compatibility, including but not limited to assessing exact pinout compatibility with the customer’s device and our adapter.

Note: The warranty is void if the product is used outside of the recommended specifications or if the customer fails to ensure compatibility prior to use.

Liability Limitations

CRJ Electronics shall not be liable for:

• Incidental, consequential, or special damages resulting from the use or inability to use the product.
• Costs related to data recovery, or loss of data, business, or profits.

This warranty is the sole and exclusive remedy for any defects in our products, and it replaces all other warranties, whether express or implied.

Governing Law

This warranty is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the product was purchased, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from this warranty will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.

By purchasing CRJ Electronics products, customers acknowledge and agree to the terms of this 2-Year Limited Warranty. Customers accept responsibility for understanding the warranty’s scope, including its limitations and exclusions, and agree to use the products at their own risk.
