Return Policy

At CRJ Electronics, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 90-day return window from the date of delivery.

Return Window

You have 90 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Returns requested after 90 days cannot be accepted.

Eligible Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • In original, unused condition
  • Free from physical damage, modification, or signs of use

Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product, we will cover all return shipping costs and provide a full refund or replacement at no charge to you. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to report any defects or damage.

Non-Defective Returns

For returns of functioning products (change of mind, ordered wrong item, no longer needed, etc.), customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in return transit.

How to Initiate a Return

For orders placed on crjelectronics.com:

Option 1: Self-Service Return Portal (Recommended)

  1. Visit account.crjelectronics.com and log in with your account credentials or access your order using the link in your order confirmation email
  2. Click "Return items" on your order page
  3. Select the items you wish to return and provide a reason
  4. Submit your return request for our review
  5. Once approved, you'll receive return instructions and a prepaid return label (if applicable based on return reason)
  6. Package the item securely and ship it back using the provided label

Option 2: Contact Us Directly

For exchanges, defective items, or if you need assistance with your return, contact us at customerservice@crjelectronics.com or call +1 833 275 3532. We'll guide you through the process and provide return authorization.

For orders placed on Amazon or eBay:

Please process your return directly through the marketplace where you made your purchase. Returns for marketplace orders cannot be processed through our website.

Return Shipping Address

Return address and shipping labels will be provided once your return is authorized through our return portal or via email. Do not ship items back without authorization.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed
  • Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution

Exchanges

We understand that with over 80 different cable and adapter configurations, it's easy to accidentally order the wrong SKU. We're happy to help you get the right product.

To request an exchange, contact us at customerservice@crjelectronics.com with your order number and the correct item you need. We'll coordinate the return and send out the replacement.

For defective products, all exchange shipping is covered by us at no charge. For non-defective exchanges (ordered wrong configuration, changed requirements, etc.), you're responsible for return shipping costs, and standard shipping rates apply to the replacement item.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom or special-order products manufactured to your specifications
  • Products that have been modified, altered, or installed
  • Items returned after 90 days from delivery date
  • Products without proof of purchase

Restocking Fees

We do not charge restocking fees for standard returns in original condition.

Refused or Undeliverable Packages

If you refuse delivery or a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address you provided, you will be responsible for the original shipping costs and return shipping fees. These will be deducted from your refund.

Damaged Items in Transit

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at customerservice@crjelectronics.com with photos of the damage and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly at no cost to you.

Wrong Item Shipped

If we shipped you the wrong item, we will cover all return shipping costs and send you the correct item at no additional charge. Please contact us immediately so we can resolve this.
