Order Handling
Orders placed before 2PM EST are typically processed same business day if items are in stock.
All orders will be fulfilled within 2 business days. In the rare instance where additional time is needed, you will be contacted the next business day with an updated fulfillment date.
Shipping Options
We offer both USPS and UPS shipping methods. Your selected shipping method does not affect order processing time—all orders are fulfilled within the same timeframe regardless of carrier choice.

- Priority Mail Express: 1-2 business days
- Priority Mail: 1-3 business days
- Ground Advantage: 2-5 business days
UPS Domestic Services
- Next Day Air® Early: Next business day by 8:30 AM
- Next Day Air®: Next business day
- Next Day Air Saver®: Next business day by end of day
- 2nd Day Air A.M.®: 2 business days by noon (commercial addresses only)
- 2nd Day Air®: 2 business days
- 3 Day Select®: 3 business days
- Ground: 1-5 business days depending on distance
- Ground Saver: 2-5 business days (packages under 1 lb)
USPS International Services
- Priority Mail Express International: 3-5 business days to major destinations
- Priority Mail International: 6-10 business days
- First Class Package International: 7-21 business days depending on destination
UPS International Services
- Worldwide Express Plus®: 1-2 business days
- Worldwide Express®: 1-3 business days
- Worldwide Saver®: 1-3 business days
- Worldwide Expedited®: 2-5 business days
- Standard: varies by destination
International transit times may vary due to customs processing.
Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination and selected method. We pass through actual carrier rates with no markup.
Geographic Coverage
We ship to all 50 US states, US territories, PO Boxes (via USPS only), and internationally to over 150 countries.
Tracking
All orders include tracking numbers emailed once shipped. You can monitor your package status directly through the carrier's website.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate during checkout. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Return shipping fees and reshipment costs will apply.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or damaged in transit, contact us at customerservice@crjelectronics.com within 30 days of the original ship date. We will file a claim with the carrier and ensure you receive your order.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before shipment by contacting us at customerservice@crjelectronics.com. Once an order has shipped, our standard return policy applies. For return information, visit our Return Policy page.
