Shipping and Returns
Where are you located and where do you ship to?
We are located in 10304, New York, USA. Currently we only ship to all of the USA, including Alaska and Hawaii.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free shipping on all orders via USPS First Class Mail.
Do you offer shipping upgrades?
Currently, we employ only USPS services so the only upgrade available is USPS Priority Mail at a discounted rate.
We do not offer UPS, FedEx, or DHL shipping at this time.
If your order is large enough to exceed the USPS 15.9oz Fist Class Mail limit, it will be automatically upgraded to USPS Priority Mail for free.
Do you offer international shipping?
Not at the moment. Currently the only way to purchase our products for overseas delivery is to purchase them from Amazon.com and eBay.com with international shipping.
If you are an international customer looking to place an order for multiple units you can contact us for an arrangement.
What is the handling time for orders?
Most in-stock orders are handled within 2 business day.
We will contact you within 1 business day after order in case your order cannot be fulfilled within 2 business days.
How long does shipping take once my order has been processed?
Once your order is processed and marked shipped, we expect delivery to range from 2 to 5 business days. COVID-19 and the winter season may cause further delays.
What is your return policy?
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
Only items that have been purchased directly from www.crj-electronics.com can be returned to us. CRJ-ELECTRONICS products purchased through other retailers must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policy.
Please ensure that the item you're returning is in it's original condition with the packaging intact.
In order to initiate a return, please contact us. Orders that are returned for reasons other than being defective subject the buyer to the responsibility of return postage, and any fees that may be associated.
